Gliko Traditional Watermelon

Cut the white part of the watermelon skin into cubes. Clean with lime and leave for 2 hour. In a saucepan toss the pieces of watermelon, sugar and simmer over low heat. Once it starts to thicken, add the vanilla, mix the lemon juice well and leave it for another 7 minutes on low heat. Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely.
