Okra with Tomatoes and Peppers

Place the fresh okra in salted and vinegar water for 10 minutes, lightly fry and line the pot with the stalks sideways, finally slicing the tomatoes and peppers. In the remaining olive oil, sauté the finely chopped onion. Toss the peppers cut into small pieces and then the peeled tomatoes and add salt. Put tomato slices on top, cover with a plate, add meat juice or water and cook until the dish is slightly juicy.
