Leek indisputably enters the family of vegetables for which there is more demand and has many health benefits. Preshi relieves sore throat, keeps away kidney stones, to fight harmful cells. Leek is very resistant to cold and frost. It is likely to be cultivated by the end of April.
In a saucepan (even better in a pressure cooker which reduces your time by half) sauté the onion, carrot and meat in olive oil. Add the leeks and continue simmering over low heat until softened. Add about 1.5 liters of water, bay leaves, salt and boil in a normal pot for about 1 hour or in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes. Leek dishes should result in less juice and fat on the surface. At the end, arrange it with a little red hot pepper and freshly ground black pepper.
